Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and refunds will be considered on an individual basis. That said * A refund less a 5% transaction fee will be issued if cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing the package. To cancel send your request to Youllremember@gmail.com * Booked sessions are considered set appointments and can be cancelled or rescheduled prior to 24 hours of the session start time. * Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice may be forfeited. * If unexpected circumstances prevent the completion of the package, a refund may be requested for the remaining sessions. If approved, the sessions completed will be billed at full price and the refund will be issued less a 5% transaction fee.
